2. If you are requesting more than 5 of any one book for a Bible study or other purpose, please contact us with the following information:

   1. Name of Organization (church/event)​

   2. Date of event or when the Bible Study begins

   3. Titles & numbers books requesting. Enter the number "0" for books that are not being requested
